I have been trying for days to make a purchase using your web site but cannot see any links etc. or any other method to select. Is you site down or stopped trading. This is so confusing. :?:

Click on the words "Add to Bag" on the page.

Doug

I fully understand about adding to the bag but it is still not working. I am trying to order Ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 and unable to find any method links etc. to place it in the bag. Please go through the order process yourself to check. Sorry to be a pain......

thanks

Hi Harry,

This is the link to the sensor:

http://www.modmypi.com/electronics/sens ... -hc-sr04-/

You need to click "add to bag", shown below. Then click on "my bag" to see the item in your shopping bag.

I can confirm that Jake's method (above) works for me on both Google Chrome and Internet explorer 11 on my Window 10 laptop and in a very similar fashion on my android phone's google chrome browser.

If you are still having problems could you give your OS and browser details, perhaps with screenshots?

Thanks for the reply, I have been using Firefox 45.0.2 which is not working and I have just tried it using IE11 and it is working fine. I did think I was loosing the plot at one stage.

You might wish to take a look at this issue!

Doug

I also forgot to mention that your contact page does not work with my Firefox 45.0.2 browser and therefore there was no other way to contact you other than through your forums.

Hi Harry,

Glad to hear you sorted it! It did sound a bit strange :D

Just checked on FF 46.0.1 (latest version), and it's working correctly, so probably worth updating anyway if you can (security fixes etc. etc.)

I'll forward the feedback onto our web developer anyway, as they might be able to fix back-compatibility.
