I want to build a Pi 3 kitchen computer for the wife to do recipes and such using a touch screen. I don't want to have a keyboard or mouse lying around and would like to mount it under the cabinet so that it is about level. I have built a retro-pie before but never any case work or capacitive touch screens. Does anyone have any suggestions on a build list that I can use to make this project really look and function good?

My only concern would be not having a keyboard... Means you'll want some sort of on screen keyboard, but with a small 7" screen I think it might be a little cumbersome.

We have a tutorial on setting up an on-screen keyboard here - https://www.modmypi.com/blog/tutorials/ ... n-keyboard
