Re: HELP Pi 3 stuck on rainbow screen

Sounds like the Ubuntu MATE hasn't been flashed to the SD properly. Just installing it now to test, here is how im going to do it (will update post with outcome): Formatted the SD card using SDA (making sure format size adjustment ON - under options) - https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/in...

Re: Power Supply Query - USB HUB + PI from one supply

Hi Ian,

What power supply are you using with the Pi Power? It should be a centre-positive 2.1mm x 5.5mm DC barrel jack charger that's between 9V and 12V (2A - 5A).

Voltage regulators do get hot the harder you work them.

Re: Pi 3 Wifi stop working

Are you using a 5V 2.5A power supply and do you have anything plugged into the USB ports?

Re: Mouse not working

Hi there,

Product Notes

Nano dongle situated on the underside of the mouse

Battery compartment on the mouse is removed by sliding the top cover on the mouse back (away from the scroll wheel). It will clip out, and is reinstalled by sliding, and clipping the top part in.

Re: Pico UPS battery draining

Hi treii28, The fact the script isn't starting on boot would indicate something is stopping that script from running. Maybe you have another script running at boot that's preventing the pico script from running? Or another device or script attempting to use the GPIO pins at the same time? The simple...

Re: sd card

Hi Mike,

The card probably does have NOOBS on it, but Raspbian has been pre-installed (as this is usually the OS people want).

If you take a look at this tutorial - http://www.modmypi.com/blog/media-centre-setup-guide - Hopefully that will help you out.
