Re: I think my pi is burned

Yeah the main chip should not be getting hot!!

Are you able to try a different power supply, as this could be faulty?

Re: Project Ted-E-Pi

This sounds like an awesome project!! You mention heat... I'm not sure you'll have to worry about it too much, especially if the Pi itself is going to be within its own enclosure, inside the teddy. If you've got the Pi just stuffed in the teddy, then the only thing I would worry about is if the chip...

Re: Pi Monster Lighting Board + OSMC/Openelec

Isn't there a way to connect the board without the glowing effect? Just plain simple RPi ON --> Lights ON Yeah, I guess you could bi-pass the transistor and plug it directly into 3v3 and GND. You'll need to solder a wire from the "D" terminal for the transistor to the GND header pin... Like in this...

Re: Pi Monster Lighting Board + OSMC/Openelec

Hmm... not used OSMC myself, but could it be lack of power?

What power supply are you using?

Also, how do you output audio from the Pi? If you are using analog, then there might be a conflict using PWM.

Re: Pi Monster Lighting Board + OSMC/Openelec

I think the only issue is not being able to install the wiringPi library. However I came across this tutorial on how to install it!

I have not tested this myself so not sure if it works

Re: Defective Nano USB WiFi Dongle

You could try boosting the USB current, see if that helps...

Or try a different power supply, as that could be the problem
