Hi, my screen appears to be fault out of the box.
It has 3 fault lines running across the top of the screen.
i have plugged it into a Pi3 running retropie and another Pi3 running Raspian.
I have used cables that came with the screen.
i have turned it off, left it overnight and tried again this morning and the lines remain.

Firstly, please post your order ID.

Secondly, could you carefully check that the ribbon cables connecting the controller board to the screen are seated correctly. Unplug them and plug them back into to be sure.

Order ID: #193510
There's no direct access to the ribbon cables without taking the back panel off the screen..
I don't mind removing the back panel to check the ribbon cables, but i not if it's going to void the warranty etc.

Yeah not a problem to remove the back plate. Warranty will not be affected. Thanks.

Ok thanks for trying that. I will get sales to contact you and arrange a return.

Please let me know if you would like a refund or replacement
