Hello

I have purchased a powerboost 1000c charger (Order 201955). I have not used the board at all since purchase.

Today I plugged in a LIPO battery 3.7V and the proper led lighted up.
Then I connected the USB charger and the board became very hot instantly, then stopped working, no voltage on VOUT pins.

I tried again connecting only the USB charger, without the battery, same thing, board becomes hot instantly.
When connecting only the battery no led is on (just some tiny flashes on the LOW led) and no power on VOUT pins.

Can you help please.

Thanks
Dan

All technical support for Adafruit products are done over at Adafruit's forums - https://forums.adafruit.com

They will either help you resolve the issue or confirm the item is faulty in which case you can post a link here and we will be able to issue a replacement or refund.
