My Raspberry Pi camera arrived this morning. It works (I get video on screen), but the image is very badly out of focus (and yes, I have removed the protective film from the lens).

What do you suggest?

As far as I am aware, the fixed-focus lens cannot be user-adjusted, and so I think a replacement may be the only option. Grateful for your technical support.......

In the box with the camera there is a piece of white plastic, this is used to adjust the focus of the lens. Simply place the plastic part over then lens (there are a few notches that lock into place on the lens) and slowly turn it to adjust the focus.

Yes.... found it. What a brilliant little piece of plastic!

Problem solved.

Many thanks for your help,
