Ugh, managed to snag the last of the BrickPi3 Base Kit. I've contacted Dexter Industries through Twitter to make sure I'm not just daft, but isn't all the ports supposed to be oriented the same way? As it is now I can't use half of 'em since the cables won't fit, a bit of a downer to be honest since I was hoping to fiddle around with it around christmas so I'm hoping it's just me being a bit on the slow side =S

Dexter Industries have confirmed that some units have had the wrong ports installed.

We are unfortunately out of stock but do have more on order. They will however take 2-3 weeks to arrive. If you are happy to wait, then that's great, I will get a replacement shipped out as soon as they arrive. If not, then I will be happy to issue a refund for the unit.

Will I be notified when it ships?
Do I need to do something else?

You'll receive an email confirming when the replacement has been shipped. Nothing else for you to do :)
