Hi, I purchased a Power Supply - UK Plug 5.1V 2.5A (Pi B+/2/3). back in Oct 16. I have found it is overheating my RP3 (and others I have tried) and therefore has become unusable- Could I get a replacement power supply from you guys?

Thanks

HB

It's very unlikely that the power supply is the cause of your Pi over heating. Have you tried other power supplies?

Could you post your order ID, and if possible, a picture of the setup you have please.

Hi,

Using RPi for audio only, Volumio, with Hifiberry DAC - Alternative power supply works OK. Suspect power supply also overheats other RPis.

order ID 164372

Thanks

Ok, very strange. I will get sales to contact you to arrange a return. It might be best to get the Pi back as well for testing. We can then replace either part as required.
