Faulty SD Card

Order ID #254659

Hi there,

I have tried imaging the 32gb SD with RetroPie using Etcher, it fails stating "Failed Device" and the SD card only shows 59mb available afterwards.

I have attempted to reformat with SD Card Formatter from sdcard.org and it fails stating "Unable to complete format. Reinsert the card and format again.". The card also intermitantly disconnects and reconnects giving warnings from Mac OS stating that the disk was not ejected properly.

Kind Regards,

Could you just confirm for me that the little white switch on the side of the SD card adaptor is in the top position (furthest away from the micro sd card end) please.

If it is in the bottom position, this locks the SD card, preventing it from being written to, which would cause a format to fail.
