Jam Hat Leds not working

Post by BrainFreeze » Tue Apr 02, 2019 7:11 pm

I have the same problem- one of the yellow LEDs does not light on my Jam Hat, when running the basic scripts in the getting started guide. In my case it is LED3.
The Jam Hat is directly connected to the Pi (which is a 3 B+).
Any suggestions?

My order number was 256559.

Can you confirm that there is nothing else plugged into the GPIO header of the Pi, and that no other scripts are running on the Pi?

What operating system are you using, and is it a fresh install and up-to-date?

P.S
I've split this topic from the previous one as they are different issues.

Raspbian Stretch. This is a new Pi so it was a fresh install, all updates installed at first use.

In case of a problem with the Pi itself, I have also just tried the same Hat on a different Pi, but got the same result.

Sounds like the LED is faulty then. Sorry about that! I will have our sales team contact you to arrange a return for replacement.
